  • CARE is a 501(c)(3) non-profit no-kill all animal all breed rescue in SC. We do not have a shelter. All of our animals stay in foster homes until they are adopted. Our mission is to educate the community, help animals in need, decrease the amount of strays in our community, and provide shelter for animals who are in need of adoption, including those who are considered 'non-adoptable'.
